The firm of Boultinghouse Simpson and Associates, Inc. is a
professional organization comprised of a core group of registered
Architects, along with the technical and clerical support required to
meet the demands of each project.
The firm, under its present organization, is entering its eighteenth
year and with the experience of its two principals span thirty-six years
of providing architectural services to over 600 successful projects.
Its present makeup is the result of merging two independent successful
architectural practices in 1990. Mr. Boultinghouse brought to that
merger eleven years of corporate firm experience and seven years of
private practice. Mr. Simpson’s experience included fifteen years of
practice including construction experience and private practice.
The two firms merged to offer a broader, more comprehensive choice in
providing architectural services while still retaining a personal touch.
The success of that merger and that philosophy has resulted in a
controlled growth of a staff of four to its current size of twelve. 600
successful projects and an 85% repeat client rate is a testament to that
success.
We believe that our success revolves around the philosophy that we are
“client” oriented as much as “project” oriented. We feel our clients
deserve the attention of the key members of the firm and believe that
the client is an essential part of the team. “We do not do projects
for clients . . . . . but rather with them.” The needs and goals of
the client should determine the direction of the building project, not
the Architect.
Our goal is not to just amass a long list of buildings, but more
importantly a long list of satisfied clients.
